Bucharest, October 30, 2024: Since its launch, Bellemonde has sold over 50% of the 93 villas and 30% of the 71 apartments available in Pipera. The development of the complex, which will cover an area of over 41,000 m2, involves a total investment of over 40 million euros, with a financing support of 21 million euros from Libra Internet and a delivery estimate of 24 months.
Construction began in September 2024, following the issuance of the building permit by the Voluntari City Hall. Construction works are progressing according to plan, with the systematization works now complete, along with all foundation excavation works for all three construction phases. Completion of the structural and masonry works is estimated by the end of May 2025.
