Bucharest, June 13, 2024: Bellemonde is a new residential complex in Pipera, a neighborhood designed as the residence of good taste, whose development will begin in June of this year, following the obtaining of the construction permit. The project will cover a land area of over 41,000 m.p. and will feature 93 villas and 71 apartments, built with an investment of over 40 million euros and with an estimated delivery time of 24 months.
Bellemonde has received the building permit from the Voluntari City Hall, and works will begin in June to develop the 164 housing units. The residential complex will include individual houses, duplex and terraced houses, and villas with 2, 3 and 4-room apartments, offering a variety of housing options.
