The construction of the Bellemonde residential complex is progressing according to plan, with a sustained pace of work. The construction team is working to complete the structure, preparing the ground for the next stages of interior design and urban infrastructure.
Structure under completion for apartments and villas
The first villas and apartment blocks have the structure raised, and the upper floors are under construction. Concreting and reinforcement work continues for the final floors.
Concreting and reinforcement works
The structural slabs and columns are being progressively poured, reinforcing the foundations for the upper floors. The formwork and supporting structures are already in place for the next stages of the project.
Development of infrastructure and green spaces
The perimeter of the construction site is prepared for the development of future green spaces, alleys and pedestrian areas. The first works have begun for the access roads and parking lots related to the complex.
Next steps in development
Completion of the resistance structure for all housing units.
Beginning of interior partitioning and installation of sanitary and electrical installations.
Development of access roads, alleys and common spaces, to ensure connectivity and comfort for residents.
