Note: If you refuse to provide the requested data for the purposes related to the fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent on the Operator or the conclusion or execution of the Contract, you will not be able to initiate legal relations with BELLEMONDE, as the latter will be unable to comply with the requirements of the regulations on customer knowledge, and other legal provisions, as well as to conclude, carry out and execute the Contract you requested.
BELLEMONDE collects personal data from you (directly, through a legal or conventional representative or through another person or entity acting on your behalf) at the stage of initiating or during the business relationship or when you acces/visit/register for our online services or platforms (the website http://www.bellemonde.ro, social networks where BELLEMONDE is active – Facebook, Instagram, etc.), fill out the contact form available on the website, call the phone number displayed on the website, sign a Contract, contact us through one of our channels, or from other available sources (land registers, mass-media, public or private databases, institutions, authorities, National Trade Register Office, the portal of Romanian courts, based on recommendations, etc.).

Your personal data are retained for a period of 5 years from the date of their collection by e-mail or through online platforms (website http://www.bellemonde.rosocial networks - Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or, in case of concluding the Contract, for the duration of the Contract, as well as for a period of 5 (five) years from the termination of the contractual relationship, except for the cases where the legislation in force imposes longer retention periods, in which case the latter legal periods apply. After the end of the retention period, the personal data will be destroyed or deleted from all media or anonymized.
The data collected through the video surveillance cameras are retained for 30 days, after which they are deleted. In specific, duly justified cases, only in compliance with the applicable legal provisions, the retention period of the relevant video recordings may be extended, if necessary, for a longer period, until the completion of the investigations of the incident due to which the extension of the retention period was necessary.
Personal data may be processed for marketing purposes from the date of obtaining the consent of the Client/Client representative and until the withdrawal of the consent of the Client/Client representative.

Right to erasure personal data – You may request the deletion of your personal data, amongst other reasons, if the purpose for which it was collected no longer exists, if its processing contravenes the legal provisions or if the processing is based on your consent, which you have revoked. You should note that there may be other reasons that prevent the immediate deletion of your data, for example, mandatory archiving periods, pending actions, claims, the exercise or defense of legal rights, etc.
