The intellectual property rights to all content of the Website, including but not limited to all texts, images, graphics, animations, software and other similar elements (the ”Content”), belong exclusively to BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT and other entities involved in the development of the BELLEMONDE residential project. The use, copying, storage, modification of the Content of this Website without the prior and written consent of BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT is prohibited and is punishable under applicable law. Any Content that consists of a trademark or logo shall mean a registered trademark, the use of which is strictly prohibited without the written permission of the trademark owner.

The information from the sales events used to describe products and services presented on the Website (static/dynamic images / multimedia presentations / links to other sites, etc.) do not represent a contractual obligation of BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT, they being for presentation purposes. BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT may withdraw an offer of goods or modify it at any time up to the conclusion of a firm contract, without any damages or other penalties to any potential customer.

In the images of goods and/or services, BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT reserves the right to use other products (accessories, etc.) which may not be included in the sale price of the respective goods and implicitly will not be delivered when purchasing the goods.

Please inform yourself before concluding the reservation agreement /the sale-purchase promise /the sale-purchase contract regarding the exact specifications and the exact price for the unit. All images are informative.

These Terms and Conditions apply only to the Website www.bellemonde.ro and its related subdomains, as well as to the pages presenting promotional campaigns, but not to pages controlled or operated by third parties. Please check the terms and conditions of the web pages controlled or operated by third parties, as these web pages are not under the control of BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT and and BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT does not assume responsibility for their content.

BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the Website, its structure, and any content without prior notice. Any change will be communicated to users and will take effect from the date of publication of the updated version on the www.bellemonde.ro website.
