In the presentation materials, BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. reserves the right to use other products (accessories, furniture, decorative objects and other similar elements) that may not be part of the equipment included in the sale price of the housing units and consequently will not be delivered upon their purchase.

Scheduling viewings, providing contractual information and concluding contracts is carried out exclusively through authorized representatives of BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT S.R.L. The only binding documents are the contracts concluded between the parties and the approved and authorized technical documentation, as they exist on the date of their signing.

These Terms and Conditions apply only to the website www.bellemonde.ro and its subdomains, as well as to pages presenting promotional campaigns, but not to pages controlled or operated by third parties. Please check the terms and conditions of websites controlled or operated by third parties, as these websites are not under the control of BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT and it assumes no responsibility for their content.
BELLEMONDE DEVELOPMENT reserves the right to make any changes to these provisions, as well as any changes to the Site, its structure, as well as any content without prior notice.
