The Bellemonde residential project, located in the north of the capital, continues its development with a 3-hectare expansion phase, adding 80 new housing units to the 164 already under construction since 2024.
The total investment in the project developed by Metav SA is estimated to exceed €70 million, which is €30 million more than the amount announced by the company in the fall of last year.
The Bellemonde project was launched in June 2024, and the construction of its first development phase will cover an area of 41,000 square meters, with an estimated delivery time of 24 months from the start date.
Currently, construction is progressing according to schedule — all buildings within the project have their foundations completed, and the structural framework is 85% finished. At the same time, brick masonry work is underway, with more than 25% already completed, the developer announced.
The company has partnered with architect Victor Grosu and Hype Project to offer clients the option of receiving fully furnished homes through three exclusive “ready-to-move-in” interior design collections, created specifically for the future residents of the complex.
“We plan to begin construction on the new phase this fall, with an estimated completion timeline of 18 months. The development will take place in parallel with the completion of the first phase of the project, so that by the time the first residents move in, the second phase will already have all major construction work completed, including structural elements and joinery. This way, the focus will shift to interior finishes, without affecting the comfort of residents from the first phase,” stated Victor Terheș, Sales Director at Bellemonde.
In addition to the new housing units, the second phase of the project will also include amenities such as a recreational area with a multifunctional sports court, a green space, and a new outdoor swimming pool.
