Bellemonde and Hype Project, the premium architecture and interior design studio founded by architect Victor Grosu, announce a unique collaboration on the Romanian market. Buyers will have the opportunity to purchase ready-made, turnkey homes with personalized interior design. In addition, Hype Project will design the Society Hub, the heart of the Bellemonde community, featuring amenities that enhance the value of time spent at home through top-tier design.
Interior design as added value
Located in Pipera, Bellemonde is designed to offer a complete living experience through its generous common areas and low housing density. The development harmoniously combines community living with the privacy and comfort of low-rise homes (maximum ground floor + two levels).
“Bellemonde represents a promise of a contemporary lifestyle, emphasizing the importance of interior design as a key element of modern living. We chose to collaborate with Hype Project, a renowned interior design studio that shares our values of refined and thoughtful living. Their extensive experience in premium interior design, implementation expertise, and deep understanding of the client segment we address were decisive factors in our choice. We proudly support local design and strongly believe that this collaboration will bring added value to future Bellemonde residents, offering them a home that perfectly blends modern aesthetics with exceptional functionality.
This strategic partnership between an interior design studio and a local developer is a unique initiative in Romania, with the potential to redefine quality standards and positively influence the real estate market by creating homes that combine top-tier design with functionality and long-term value,” explains Victor Terheș, Sales Director at Bellemonde.
The premium architecture and interior design studio Hype Project, founded by Victor Grosu and Adrian Ianculescu, will develop three interior design concepts aligned with Bellemonde’s philosophy and international design standards. Choosing a ready-made design concept is optional — clients can either purchase a home with Bellemonde’s included standard finishes or opt for a fully furnished, turnkey home designed by Hype Project.
Premium turnkey interior design at an accessible cost
Victor Grosu, founder of Hype Project and an architect with over 20 years of experience, recognized in the Bellemonde residential project the very values he promotes in his own work.
“The idea of partnering with a premium developer had been on my mind for some time, driven by the desire to bring my vision to life in a large-scale project. I waited for the right moment to collaborate with someone who shares our principles. At Bellemonde, the ceiling heights, modern façades, spacious layouts, landscape concept, and overall design philosophy align perfectly with our values.”, adds Victor Grosu.
For him, the interior is what shapes the everyday living experience — and can quite literally transform one’s life.
From architect Victor Grosu’s perspective, it is far more advantageous for the client when the developer also handles the turnkey interior design — something that has been standard practice in more developed markets for years. When buyers are not required to manage the furnishing process themselves, both the time and stress involved are significantly reduced, allowing them to immediately enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped space.
“It’s a process that involves many steps, time, effort, and expertise. Through this collaboration, buyers will be able to receive, upon delivery, a home featuring high-quality interior design signed by Hype Project, at an accessible cost — significantly lower than if they had worked with us directly for the design and furnishing.”, adds Victor Grosu.
The “ready-to-move” solutions designed by Hype Project will include three collections — distinct interior design styles created specifically for the Bellemonde project, aligned with its philosophy, target clientele, and current international trends in premium living. In addition, Hype Project will design the Society Hub, the core of the Bellemonde community, featuring amenities that enhance the value of time spent at home through top-tier design.
The collections will be launched in the first part of 2025 during a private event and online, across the Bellemonde and Hype Project / Victor Grosu social media platforms.

How much does it cost to build a house in 2025?
When you want to build a house from scratch, you need to consider several different aspects to have a realistic perspective on the final price. The costs aren’t limited to the land and construction materials — they involve many more elements, and unexpected expenses can always arise that you might not have accounted for in your initial plan.
Moreover, building a house from the ground up can take anywhere from several months to a few years, which means labor costs covering that period can be high — and on top of that, material prices may fluctuate and increase significantly over time.
